IT A?PEARING from the testimony given in Court that HAROLD W. STAPLETON has be-
cor.~e gainfully employed by Putnam ~[obile Homes and has willfully failed and refused to
?ay the child support as required by the Order of this Court entered on the 15th day of
~[ay, 1980, and is, as of this date December 5, 1980, in arrears $2,424.00 including Court
Costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stand in contempt of this Court but
may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter commencing Friday, December 12, 1980, oay
each and every week regular child supoort of $50.00 per week alus the Statutory Clerk's
fee of $2.00 to Cler'r. of Court, ?. 0. Box 700, Ft. ?ierce, Florida, Attention Support
Section. As agreed in Open Court, that upon settlement of his late Father's estate,
HAROLD W. STAPLETON shall aay the total arrears of $2,42-.00 due as of this December 5,
198, or aay the maximum amount received through the probate of the aforementioned estate.
FURTHER ORDERED that upon failure to make weekly payments or settle arrears through
the otoceeds received from his Father's estate, upon written affidavit of the °etitioner
BETTY J. STApLETON, Respondent shall appear before this Court to show caUSe why he
should not be sentenced to serve SIYTY (60) days in the St. i.ucie County Jail.
.IURTSD;CTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of
such ±urther orders as may be prover.
