3. SPECIAL EQUITY: That the Wife, RUTH B. CLARK, as a
special equity, be, and is hereby ordered awarded all of the right,
title and interest of WILLIAM CLARK, SR., in the household furnishings
of the parties and the home and real property hereinafter described.
Said home and real property being described as follows:
Lot 8 of Block 4, of TUSKEGEE
PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book
8, at Page 74 of the Public
Records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida.
WILLIAM CLARK, SR., be, and is hereby ordered to convey
by deed to RUTH B. CLARK all of his right, title and interest in said
home and real property and furnishings within fifteen !15) days from
the date of this Final Judgment, and if he shall fail to do so then
this Final Judgment shall act as a conveyance by operation of law of
all of his right, title and interest in the aforesaid furnishings and
home and real property to RUTH B. CLARK.
DONE AND ORDERED this ~ day of December, A.D. 1980,
at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
