4. ALIMONY: That this Court finds that the Wife is in
need of alimony and that the Husband has the ability to pay alimony
and VIOLA F. PRITCHETT, be, and is hereby ordered awarded periodic
alimony in the amount of Thirty One ($31.00) Dollars per month
payable beginning on January 1, 1981, and on the first day of
each month thereafter until such time as the Wife shall remarry or
die, whichever first occurs, and JOSEPH D. PRITCHETT,is ordered to
pay said alimony to the Wife on the first day of each month in
accordance with this award of alimony.
DONE AND ORDERED this ~ day of December, A.D. 1980,
at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
