FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 10th day of December, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION~OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RONALD E.
CRIDER and NANCY E. CRIDER, be and the same is hereby dissolved and
the parties and each of them-are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of LISA ELIZABETH SHIRLEY CRIDER and
KIMBERLY EVE CRIDER, minor children of the parties is hereby
awarded to NANCY E. CRIDER, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to RONALD E. CRIDER, as provided in the Separation and
Property Settlement Agreement which has been approved by the Court
and incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment.
3. CHILD SUPPORT. The Husband, RONALD E. CRIDER, shall
not be obligated to pay child support to the Wife, NANCY E. CRIDER,
except as provided in the Separation and Property Settlement
Agreement which has been approved by the Court and incorporated by
reference into this Final Judgment.
4. PROPERTY. The Separation and Property Settlement
Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by
reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions
thereof.
