Permanent and primary custody of the minor child ren of the parties
together with child support in the amount set forth hereinbelow, be,
and is hereby ordered awarded to the Wife CYNTHIA C. KLAUSS
The name of said minor child ren being as follows:
WINDY A. KLAUSS and ARTHUR B. KLAUSS, JR.
Upon testimony by the Wife that the Husband makes
$319.00 per week , ARTHUR B. KLAUSS, SR. be, and is
hereby ordered awarded reasonable visitation rights with said child
and is further ordered to pay child support in the amount of 15.00
per child weekly beginning on December 12, 1980 and on the same day
of each respective subsequent time period thereafter and is further
ordered as additional child support to assist the parent having custody
in the payment of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital
and orthodontical expenses. Each child support payment shall be made
by cashier's check, cash or money order, to the Clerk of this Court
and shall be promptly remitted. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the Wife are ordered to keep the
Clerk informed of their current mailing addresses.
Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is re-
tained for the purpose of entering such Orders, Judgments and Process
as this Court deems proper.
5. SPECIAL EQUITY: That the Wife, be, and is hereby ordered
awarded a special equity in all of the right, title and interest of
the Husband in the below described property and the Husband is ordered
to convey and transfer all of his right, title and interest in said
property to the Wife within thirty (30) days from and including the
date of the rendition of this Final Judgment. Said property being
more particularly described as:
1980 Toyota Corola Stationwagon.
The Wife shall assume the responsibility for making the lien
payments owed on said motor vehicle and shall indemnify and hold the
Husband harmless as to any liability under said lien.
