of and that the Husband has the ability to pay alimony for the Wife
and it, be, and is hereby further ordered that the Wife is awarded
periodic alimony in the amount of Seventy ($70.00) Dollars per week.
The Husband, ARTHUR B. KLAUSS, SR., be, and is hereby ordered to pay
periodic alimony in the amount of Seventy ($70.00) Dollars per week
beginning on Friday, December 12, 1980, and on the Friday of each week
thereafter until such time as the Wife shall attain the age of forty two
(42) years of age.
7. AGREEMENT: The Separation And Property Settlement
Agreement entered into by and between the parties is admitted into
evidence and is hereby ordered approved, confirmed and ratified and is
further ordered incorporated into and made a part of this Final
Judgment and both the Husband and Wife are ordered to comply with each
and every Provision thereof. This Court expressly retains jurisdiction
of this cause and of the parties to enter such further orders as this
Court deems just, equitable and proper and further reserves jurisdiction
to enter such orders as may be necessary in regard to the award of
periodic alimony to the Wife.
