ordered to pay child support in the amount of $50.00 per child per
week beginning on December 12, 1980 and on the same day of each
respective subsequent time period thereafter and is further ordered as
additional child support to assist the parent having custody in the payment
of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital and orthodontical
expenses. Each child support payment shall be made by cashier's check, cash
or money order, to the Clerk of this Court and shall be promptly remitted.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to
~e added to each payment made to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the Wife
are ordered to keep the Clerk informed of their current mailing addresses.
Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is retained for
the purpose of entering such Orders, Judgments and Process as this Court
d~ ems proper.
5. AGREEMENT: That the written Agreement heretofore entered into and
executed by the parties and introduced into evidence, be, and it is hereby
ordered approved, confirmed and ratified and it is incorporated into and
made a part of this Final Judgment and each of the parties is ordered to
`ully comply with each and every term, provision and condition thereof.
6. ALIMONY: That the Wife, CHERRY L. DOUGLAS, be, and is hereby
ordered awarded the sum of Seven Hundred And Eighty ($780.00) Dollars as
lump sum alimony, and the Husband, WILBUR L. DOUGLAS, be, And is hereby
ordered to pay said sum to the Wife by making payments of Thirty ($30.00)
Dollars per week beginning on Friday, December 12, 1980, and on the
Friday of each week thereafter until the full amount is paid in full.
7. SPECIAL EQUITY: The Wife, CHERRY L. DOUGLAS, be, and is hereby
ordered awarded asia special equity all of the right, title and interest
of the Husband, WILBUR L. DOUGALS, in the jointly owned 1979 Chevette
automobile having an Identification~Number of 1B68E8Y216314, and the
Wife is further ordered to be the sole owner of said automobile.
It, be, and is hereby further ordered that WILBUR L. DOUGLAS is
ordered to make all of the lien payments on said 1979 Chevette automobile
as they would become due and payable.
8. SPECIAL EQUITY: That the Husband, WILBUR L. DOUGLAS, be, and is
hereby ordered awarded, as a special equity, all of the right, title and
interest of CHERRY L. DOUGLAS, in the jointly owned double wide mobile
home owned by the Husband and Wife. Said Mobile Home having Vehicle Iden-
