FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial ;the 10th day of December, 1980
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between JOSEPH MARK WALSH and SHARON
MARIE WALSH be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri-
mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. Custody of JASON WILLIAM WALSH, minor child of the
parties hereto, is hereby awarded to SHARON MARIE WALSH with reason-
able visitation rights reserved to JOSEPH MARK WALSH.
3. The Husband, JOSEPH MARK WALSH, shall have the right
to have the minor child visit and be with him away from the residence
of the Wife every other weekend, commencing Friday, December 19, 1980
from six p.m. on Friday until seven p.m. the following Sunday.
In addition, the Husband shall have the right to have
the minor child visit and be with him away from the residence of the
Wife the first week of the Christmas holidays in 1980 and shall return
the minor child to the Wife by seven p.m. on Christmas Day; and in
1981 the Husband shall have the right to have the minor child visit
