FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause, having come on for trial on the day of December,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the.
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between CRAIG COCKRELL,
Husband, and SARA LYNN COCKRELL, Wife, be and the same is hereby
disoolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. MEDICAL EXPENSES: The Husband is ordered to pay the medical
expenses incurred with the birth of the child, in the amount of either
50$ of the cost not covered by the Wife's insurance or those costs in
excess of the insurance not exceeding 20$ of the total bill whichever
is greater. The calculation shall be made by taking the total cost of
the birth of the child, subtracting. from that the amount paid by
insurance, 50$ of the balance is more than 20$ of the total if so the
Husband is to pay 50$ and if not he is to pay 20$ of the total.
3. SUPPORT: The Husband is ordered to pay support to the Wife
in the amount of $150.00 per month, as alimony or support while the
~ Wife in unemployed because of the birth of the child.
