1980, the Husband is ordered to pay $20.00 per week for child support
through the Clerk of the Court. Payments made to the Clerk of the Court
will be remitted promptly by him to the Wife. If paid to the Clerk
of the Court there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times.
5. ATTORNEYS FEES: The Husband is ordered to pay the Wife's
attorneys fees in the amount of $300.00 together with costs in the
amount of $54.00.
6. CHILD__CUSTODY: Permanent custody of the child to be born
is awarded to the mother, subject to the reasonable visitation rights
of the father.
7. RESTORATION OF MAIDEN NAME: The Wife SARA LYNN COCKRELL, be
and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of SARA LYNN
TOMLINSON and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage
had not intervened.
8. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. Further jurisdiction is specifically retained for the purpose
of entering an Order as to child support required to be paid by the
Husband, said Order to be entered after the birth of the child.
