FINAL JUDGMENT F DISSOLUTIOI~OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 9th day of December, 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved and that the parties have entered into a Property Settlement Agreement which has been admitted into evidence as Exhibit No. 1. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJDUGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between MARY LEE YARBOROUGH, Wife, and HILDRF,A PRESTON YARBOROUGH, JR., Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the one minor male child, to-wit: TROY LEE YARBOROUGH, d.o.b. July 21, 1977, is hereby awarded to the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband. 3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on December 9, 1980, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of $30.00 each and every week for the support of the before-named child. The amount of child support shall be determined according to Paragraph 4 of the Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence in this cause.
