remitted promptly to MARY LEE YARBOROUGH. In addition, there is hereby
assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be in-cash, money order or
cashiers check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of
this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this Order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The parties have entered
into a Property Settlement Agreement which has been admitted into
evidence in this cause as the Wife's Exhibit No. 1. The terms of said
Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part hereof
and-the parties shall, and they are hereby ordered to, abide by each
and every term of said Agreement.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
