Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, Party of the Second Part.
WITNESSET'H
That the said Parties of the First Part have granted and
conveyed to the said Party of the Second Part the following des-
cribed land situated and lying and being in the City of Port St.
Lucie, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 1515 of Port St. Lucie,
_ Section 29, a subdivision according
to plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 14, Page 8 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, .limitations
and easements of record: zoning and other regulatory ordinances
and taxes for the year 1980.
Parties of the First Part do hereby fully warrant the title
to said land, and will defend the same. against the lawful claim~~
of all persons whomsoever.
