Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared JOHN N. WELSH,
JR., who, being first duly sworn, desposes and says that:
1. He was the grantor in that certain deed given to BYRON LARSEN, dated
October 26, 1979, filed October 31, 1979, in Official Records Book
319, page 1528, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
conveying the following described property, to wit;
Lot3, Block 77, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION TWENTY-EIGHT,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 14, pages 7 and 7A through 7C, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. On the date of delivery of said deed of conveyance, the said property
thus conve}•ed was vacant land and not the homestead property of your
affiant.
