by grants, bargains. sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in posses:ion situate in St . Lucie County,
F=lorida, niz:
The North 100 feet of the following described land, EXCEPT
that part lying West of the F.E.C. Railway, and ALSO EXCEPT
so much as may be taken up by the right-of-way of the Florida
East Coast Railway and the right-of-way of public roads, to-
wit:
Commencing on the West line of Lot 1 of Section 1, Township
36 South, Range 40 East, at a point 1,381.73 feet south of
its North line; thence East parallel with lot line to the
waters of Indian River; thence southerly along the waters
of said Indian River until a square of 347.82 feet; thence
West parallel with North line to lot line; thence North
along lot line 347.82 feet to place of beginning, the said
described land is known as Lot 5, FRIES SUBDIVISION of Lot
1 of Section 1, Township 36 South, Range 40 East.
THIS MORTGAGE IS COLLATERAL FOR SURETY BONDS WRITTEN IN
