repair a covered storm sewer syscer.:;
2. Ent°r o: such lar_3s with pursonnzl, vehicles
and eruipment;
3. Remove from the rir~:~t-of-~:ay all trees and
vegatation that interfere with t?~e purposa for which this
right-of-way is conveyed and released;
4. Take from the right-of-way an3 use earth, rock,
sand, and gravel for the purpose of excavating, widening,
deepening and otherwise rectifying the stoma sewer system;
5. Install, maintain or remove landscaping or other
environmental improve~-ents;
6. Make all necessary earth fibs; and
7. Locate ~r relocate existing drainage pipss or
structures on Grantors' land lying outside such right-of-way,

provided that after such fill and location or relocation is

completed, such lands will be le`t in neat and orderly condition=
Grantors agree not to further encumber or install, •
place or construct or cause to be installed, placed or constructed
any structures, facilities, gro•~th, or vegatation within or over
the above-described lands without. the prior written approval of e
the City. _
