A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISS ONERS FOR
ST. LUClE COUNTY, FLORIDA: DETERMINING THAT THI PROPOSED
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE ACADEMY DRIVE MUNICIPAL
SERVICES BENEFIT UNIT TO FUND THE COST OF A ~'ROJECT TO
PROVIDE POTABLE WATER IMPROVEMENTS TO PRopEI~TIES WITHIN
THE ACADEMY DRIVE MUNICIPAL SERVICES BENEFIT U]NIT ARE JUST
AND RIGHT; APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE ~RELIMINARY

WHEREAS, on July 18, 2000 based on the petition of fifty
landowners pursuant to Chapter 1-13.5 of the St. Lucie County Cc
"Code"), the Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County
Resolution No. 00-154 which created the Academy Drive Municipa
(the "Academy Drive MSBU") to levy non-ad valorem special asse

WHEREAS, the limits of the Academy Drive MSBU, as pr~;viously described in
Resolution No. 00-154, have been revised to exclude certain iproperties within the
boundaries of the Academy Drive MSBU. The attached Exhibit "C~" depicts the revised

WHEREAS, after considering the comments of all interested persons, the Board has
determined that the special assessments as set forth on the preliminary assessment roll
for the Academy Drive MSBU, attached hereto as Exhibit "B", are j~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Cou
