PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~ ~~-day of November, 1980,
between CHRISTINE KOTZ, as Personal Representative of the Estate of ~a.o°
OLIVE B. NORTH, Deceased, party of the first part, and PAN AMERICAN
BANK OF ORLANDO, N. A., as Guardian of ROBERT M. NORTH, party of the
second part, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 2953, Orlando,
Florida 32802; ~
W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the first part, in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and
confirms to the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns
forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
The North 30 feet of Lot 4, all of Lot S, and the
West 8 feet of the vacated alley adjacent on the
East, Block 2, KILLER'S SUBDIVISION, according to
the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 43,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to ad valorem taxes for the year 1980 and
subsequent years.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD Che same to the party of the second
part, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance the laws of
Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of OLIVE B. NORTH, Deceased, has set her
hand and seal on the day and year first above written.
