WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this .Z ~ ~ day of s< t»+?~~~,
1980 between Peacock Fruit & Cattle Corporation, a Florida
corporation, whose post office address is Route 3, Box 451-
T, Fort Pierce, Florida 33451, hereinafter referred to as
GRANTOR, and General Development Corporation, a Florida
corporation, whose post office address is 11 South Bayshore
Drive, Miami, Florida 33131, hereinafter referred to as
GRANTEE:
(Wherever used herein the terms "GRANTOR" and
"GRANTEE" include all the parties to this in-
strument and their successors and assigns.)
WITNESSETH:
That said GRANTOR for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable

consideration to said GRANTOR in hand paid by said GRANTEE,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants,
bargains, and sells to the said GRANTEE, the following
described lands, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
hereof .
TOGETHER with all easements, tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders,
rents, issues and profits thereof.
