SUBJECT to conditions, limitations, restrictions,
reservations, easements and rights-of-way of record, if any,
provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall
operate to reimpose any of the foregoing; and taxes for the
year 1981 and subsequent years.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEE,
as against all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to
claim by, through, or under the GRANTOR, that the GRANTOR is
lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free of all
encumbrances, and that the GRANTOR has good right and lawful
authority to sell the same; and the GRANTOR does hereby
fully warrant the title to the said premises, and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever claiming or to claim by, through or under the
GRANTOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GRANTOR has caused these
presents to be signed in its name by its proper officers,
and its corporate seal to be affixed, the day and year first
above written.
