Regarding deed recorded O.R. Book 342,
Page 1280, public records St. Lucie
County, Florida
Comes the undersigned affiant after being first duly sworn
by me, the undersigned officer duly authorized to take acknowledgments
and administer oaths in the State and County aforesaid, says:
1. That there either was or should have been a mortgage
recorded at the same time a deed was recorded in O.R. Book 342, Page
1280, said mortgage to cover the same property wherein CALVIN C.
RICHARDSON was mortgaging to AGNES RICNARDSON, the property deeded on
deed recorded in the said O.R. Book at the said Page.
2. That this instrument is executed under oath and placed of
record in order to protect the holder in due course in the event the
property is transferred prior to the lien having been satisfied.
3. Affiant sayeth further not.
