mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:

to the plat thereof on file in Plat Book 17, page 23, public re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT to mortgage from grantee to First Federal Savings and
Loan Association of Fort Pierce in the original sum of $32, 800.00,
dated Oct. 31, 1980, recorded in O. R. Book 342, page 315 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The Grantors, respectively, covenant that the within described
property is no part of his homestead.
