ORDER
THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard on the Amended
Petition for Enforcement and a Judgment for Arrearages and the Court
having heard testimony of parties and argument of counsel and being
otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband shall and he is hereby
ordered to, abide by all agreements he has made with credit bureaus
for the repayment of those bills which were ordered by the Final Judgment
dated October 25, 1979 to be paid, but which remain unpaid and to
refrain from allowing such agreements to go into default.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
on this ~ day of December, 1980.
