THIS CAUSE coming to be heard on the Wife's petition for
temporary relief and the Court-being fully advised in the premises,
it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Wife be permitted the exclusive, temporary
possession of the marital home located at 707 S.E. Karrigan Terrace,
Port St. Lucie, Florida, pending a final hearing in this cause.
2. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $220.00
each month toward the mortgage payment and maintenance of said home
pending a final hearing in this cause. The Wife shall be responsible
for.timely making said mortgage payment.
3. That the Wife shall be allowed the exclusive, temporary
possession of the 1977 Buick Skylark pending a final hearing in this
cause and the Husband shall timely make the loan payments on said
automobile .
DONE AND ORDERED at rt fierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
