AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Motion to Amend
Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage and the Court having given
consideration to the Motion and having examined the Final Judgment of
Dissolution of Marriage and the Separation and Property Settlement
Agreement entered into by and between the parties, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That with the exception of Paragraph six (6), all of the
provisions contained in the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage
rendered by this Court on December 8, 1980, are expressly ordered
approved and confirmed and are incorporated herein and made a part
hereof by reference.
2. ALIMONY: That the Wife, ROSLYN M. DeGREIF, be, and is hereby
ordered awarded periodic alimony in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00)
per week and the Husband, be, and is hereby ordered to pay periodic
alimony to the Wife in the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per week
beginning on Friday April 1fi, 1982, and on the Friday of each
week thereafter until such time as the Wife shall become eligible
to receive Social Security and until such time as she actually does
receive Social Security or until such time as the Wife shall die or
remarry, whichever first occurs.
