3. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: This Court expressly retains
jurisdiction to enter such further Orders as may be necessary in regard
to the award of alimony to the Wife and to enter such other and further
Orders and process as this Court deems just, equitable and proper as to
any provision oP'this Amended Final Judgment.
DONE AND ORDERED this / / day of December, A. D., 1980,
at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
CONSENT TO ENTERING OF AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT
The undersigned do consent to the foregoing Amended Final
Judgment being entered by the Court and the undersigned do further
state that they have read the Amended Final Judgment and do agree with
all of the provisions of the Amended Final Judgment and do consent to
the Judge signing the Amended Final Judgment and both of the undersigned
understand that they will be required to comply with the provisions of
the Amended Final Judgment and will be bound thereby.
