CASE NO. 80-1561-FR IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF HAROLD DEAN SAVAGE, Husband, and LISA SHAW SAVAGE, Wife. FINAL JUDGMENT This cause having come on for trial on the _____~ day of ~__~/ 19f~, and the Court having given full con- sideration to all the evidence, finds and determines; This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between HAROLD DEAN SAVAGE, Husband, and LISA SHAW SAVAGE, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing be- tween them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. AGREEMENT. The Settlement Agreement executed by the parties and admitted into evidence was freely entered into by the parties after full disclosure and is for the best interests of the parties. The Agreement is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 3. CHANGE OF NAME. The Wife is hereby restored to her name prior to the marriage to the Husband, to-wit: LISA DIANE SHAW. ~3~4 P~~i33
