STEVEN E. TOMPSON, Husband,

WANDA F. TOMPSON, Wife.
ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT
It appearing from the evidence before the Court
that STEVEN E. TOMPSON has failed and refused to pay the
child support as required by the Final Judgment of this
Court entered on the 7th day of October, 1977, and is, as
of this date, in arrears $2,770.00; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands
in contempt of this Court but may purge himself of this
contempt by hereafter paying the arrearage of $2,770.00,
plus $ 14.50 Court costs, at the rate of $15.00
per week. These payments are to be made in addition to the
regular $50.00 per week child support payments provided for
in the Final Judgment of October 7, 1977, making a total
weekly payment of $65.00 per week, plus the $ 2.00
Statutory Clerk's fee. Each payment shall be made to the
Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to WANDA F.
TOMPSON. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. When
the arrearage as set forth above has been paid in full, the
weekly payments shall be reduced to $50.00 per week.
