It is thereupon ORDFRID AMID Ai1T[DGED as follows 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIA(~. The marriage between RICHARD PAUL IiAMCgR and ROSEMARIE ALICE HAM~R be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY.. Custody of CHARITY LYNN HAI~T~t, minor child of the parties, is :lereby awarded to ROSFl~ARIE ALICE I-IAI~fi~[t, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to RIG'~i~1RD PAUL HAMMER. 3. SUPPORT. Ccmnencing the 1st day of December, 1980. RICHARD PAUL NAMyER shall pay to ROSEMARIE ALICE HAM~t the sum of $150.00 each and every month, for the support of the child named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this court and by -him remitted promptly to ROSEMARIE ALICE HAMMER. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the clerk. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. 4. PROPERTY. Property Settlement Agreement entered on July 1, 1980 and amended by Separation and Property Settlement Agreement entered an November 18, 1980. S. RESTORATION OF NAME.
