STIPULA~'IO:1 AND ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon Petitioner's
Motion for Temporary Relief, and the Court having found upon
stipulation between the parties, done in open Court, that the
parties stipulate and agree as follows:
1. The Husband shall convey title at this time to the
Wife the 1973 E1 Dorado Cadillac automobile which is currently in
the possession of the tlife.
2. The Husband will, by Frida;~, December 5, 1980, bring
current the two (2) past due mortgage payments on the marital
home, each in the ariount of $221.00, said marital home located at
291 Southwest IJest Virginia Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452.
The Husband shall further bring current the second mortgage with
Hobe Sound Bank. After these payments are brought current,
future mortgage payments will be made alternatively between the
parties with the Wife making the next due mortgage payment, then
the Husband making the following mortgage payment, and such
procedure shall continue until the final hearing in this cause.
3. The Husband shll bring current the present Florida

Power and Light bill in the approximate amount of S75.00;
thereafter, future Florida Power and Light bills for the marital
residence shall be paid by the Wife as long as she occupies same.
~i. The Husband shall further pay to the Wife the sum of
$100.00 per week as child support, commencing December 5, 1980.
Said payments shall be made through the Clerk of the Circuit
