1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as having
been named Personal Representative under the last will and testament
of decedent. The name and address of their attorney are set forth at
the end of this petition.
2. That decedent, GRETA DONALD, whose last known address was
2502 North 51st Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on October 16, 1973,
at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of her death was domiciled in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That so far as is known, and in accordance with the Last
t9i11 and Testament of decedent, the sole heir and beneficiary is JOHN
DONALD, whose address was 2502 North 51st Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
and was the spouse of decedent, having survived his said spouse and
and said John Donald is now deceased, having died in St. Lucie County,
Florida,. on September 15, 1980.
4. That venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent was a resident of said county and died in said County.
. 5. That the following is a complete list of the assets in
this estate and their estimated values, together with those assets
claimed to be exempt, which exempt property is indicated below:
