6. That to the best knowledge of the petitioner, the value
of the entire estate, subject to administration in this state, less the
value of property exempt from the claims of creditors, does not exceed
the sum of $25,000.00.
7. That decedent has been dead for more than three (3) years.
8. That the estate is not indebted.
9. That it is proposed that all assets of decedent, including
exempt property,. be distributed under decedent's Will, as follows:

10. That Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codi-
cil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 11.
11. The original of decedent's Will, dated August 30, 1971,
accompanies this Petition.
12. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioner requests that decedent's Last Will be admitted to
probate and that an order of summary administration be entered directing
distribution of the assets in the estate according to the schedule set
forth in paragraph 9 of this Petition.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, I declare that I have read the
foregoing, and that the facts alleged are true to the best of my know-
ledge and belief.
