!ing m emory, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils by me heretofore:
.made, do ma ke, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testa ment, in the manner and form as follows:
FIRST: I hereby direct that all my just debts, funeral
expenses and the costs and expenses of the administration of my
estate be paid as soon after my decease as may be practicable.
SECOND: I hereby specifically devise and bequeath the sum
of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) unto BRITA FLORIN, Appel Gatan 10,'
Uppsala, Sweden. '
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my property,;
of whatever kind and description and wheresoever the same may be
situate, of which I may die seized or possessed, or over which I may
have the power of disposition at the time of my decease, I hereby
give, devise and bequeath to my beloved husband, JOHN DONALD, resid-,
ing with me, absolutely and in fee simple.
FOURTH: In the event that my husband should predecease me,
or in the event that my husband and I shall both die in a common
accident or catastrophe and under circumstances causing doubt as to
which of us survived the other, then and in that event, I do hereby
authorize and direct my alternate Executor, hereinafter named, to
sell all property of which I may die seized or possessed, and other-
wise liquidate and convert into cash all of my residuary estate, of
whatsoever nature and kind, and I direct that the proceeds from the ,
sale and liquidation be given, devised and bequeathed as follows:
A. One-half (1/2) of said residuary estate to my
brother-in-law, JAMES DONALD, 2 Waterside Cottage,
Jedburgh, Scotland, and mv_ husband's grand-
nephew, GEORGE THORBURN, Hawick, Scotland,
