she was appointed as personal representative in decedent's Will.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate are
E,F. Hutton cash reserve management account held as tenants in
common with wife - $145,546.00 (owner of $72,773.00 for probate purposes) .
1977 Honda automobile - $4,000.00
80 acre Indiana farm - $200,000.00(owned as tenants in common with wife)
($100,000.00 value for probate purposes)
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of decedent other than as set forth
in paragraph 8.

8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated February 19
is in the possession of the court or accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted to probate and that
Ellen W. Daggy be appointed personal representative of the
Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the foregoing and the facts alleged are
true, to the best of my knowledge and belief.
