DAGGY, of St. Lucie County, Florida being ~; of sound and disposing mind and memory and mindful of the un- certainty of life and intending to dispose of all my property wherever situated upon my death, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. I am married and the name of my wife is ELLEN W. DAGGY. All references in this Will to my wife are to her. I have four children. The names of my children are ORA DAGGY STEINBERGER, NEIL C. DAGGY, NILES C. DAGGY and EMIL E. DAGGY. All references in this Will to my children are to them. ARTICLE I I direct that all my legal debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as conveniently may be done. The proceeds from any insurance payable to my estate by reason of my death may be used by my personal representative for the pay- ment of administration expenses, claims, and/or taxes. ARTICLE II I give and devise such of my tangible personal property to those persons designated in a separate writing in existence at the time of my death which is signed by me and which describes the items and the devisees with reasonable certainty. To the extent that the separate writing and other provisions of this my Last Will and Testament shall fail to dispose of my tangible personal property then I give and devise same in accordance with the provisions of Article III of this my Last Will and Testament.
