C. If my said wife shall fail to survive me as
provided herein then, and in that event I direct that those assets
which would have become the corpus of this Trust shall be distrib-
uted in accordance with the other terms and provisions of this my
Last Will and Testament.
D. In the event of any emergency, my Trustees may,
in their sole discretion, apply any portion of the corpus of this
Trust to the~care and support of my wife.
E. No person dealing with the Trustees shall be
obligated to inquire as to their powers or see to the application•
of any money or property delivered to them. The Trustees shall
not be required to obtain authority or approval of any Court in
the exercise of any powers conferred on them hereunder.
F. The income of the Trust herein created shall ac
from the date of my death, and until the Trust is established I
authorize my personal representatives in their sole and absolute
discretion, from time to time and at any time, to pay out of my
general estate to the income beneficiary of the Trust, as advanc-
ed payments of income, such sum or sums as my personal representa-
tives in their judgment feel are not in excess of the income
which my beneficiary probably would have been entitled to receive
from said Trust had same been established. Any such sum paid
from principal of my general-estate shall be regarded merely as
a temporary advance to be restored to the principal from income
otherwise payable to the beneficiary to whom such advance shall
have been made.
G. All estate, inheritance, transfer, legacy or

succession taxes, or death duties, which may be assessed or im-
posed with respect to my estate, or any part thereof, wheresoever
situated, whether or not passing under my Will, including the
taxable value of all policies of insurance on my life and of all
transfers, powers, rights, or interests includable in my estate
for the purposes of such taxes and duties, shall be paid out of
my residuary estate as an expense of administration and without
apportionment.
