In the investment, administration, and distribu- tion of my estate and of the Trust hereby created, my personal representatives and my Trustees may perform every act in the III management of my estate or of the Trust which individuals may ~~ perform in the management of like property owned by them free III of Trust, without authorization of any Court and shall include the power to acquire by purchase or otherwise and to retain, ~ temporarily or permanently, any and all kinds of realty and personalty, even common stocks and unsecured obligations, without diversification as to kind or amount; to sell or otherwise dis- pose of any such property, publicly or privately, wholly or partly on credit, to delegate discretion; and to distribute in kind or in money, or partly in each. I. My personal representatives and my Trustees may retain in their absolute discretion and for such period as-to them shall deem advisable, all or any part of the property individually owned by me at the time of my death; or they may sel] all. or any part of such property; or all or any part of any other property which at any time may constitute a part of my estate or of the Trust, for such price and under such terms as they may deem advisable. With respect to any securities, business inter- ests, or indebtedness held by me at the time of my death, they may enter into such agreements for the rearrangement or alter- ation of my interests therein, or for the rights and obligations under my contract with respect thereto in effect at the time of my death, as they shall deem advisable. They shall determine the manner in which expenses incurred in the administration of the estate or Trust shall be apportioned between corpus and income.
