above, to my beloved wife, ELLEN W. DAGGY, provided she survives
me. If my said wife shall fail to survive me, then, and in that
event I direct that all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate shall be distributed as follows:
1. Thirty-seven and One-Half percent (37 1/2%)
thereof to my daughter, ORA DAGGY STEINBERGER, per stirpes;
2. Thirty-seven and One-Half percent (37 1/2%)
thereof to my son, NEIL C. DAGGY, per stirpes;
3. Twelve and One-Half percent (12 1/2%) thereof
to my son, NILES C. DAGGY, per stirpes;
4. Twelve and One-Half percent (12 1/2%) thereof
to my son, EMIL E. DAGGY, per stirpes.

In the event that my beloved wife, ELLEN W. DAGGY shall
die with me in a common accident or disaster, or under such
circumstances as make it impossible or difficult to determine
which of us died first, I direct that my wife shall be deemed to
have survived me.
ARTICLE VI
I hereby appoint ORA DAGGY STEINBERGER and NEIL C. DAGGY
or the survivor as between them as Co-Trustees of the Trust
referred to herein. I direct that my Trustees shall administer
the Trust in accordance with the provisions of this instrument,
to serve without bond.
ARTICLE VII
I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, ELLEN W. DAGGY,
GUY R. BRUNI

personal representative of this my Will, to serve without bond.
If she should predecease me or fails to qualify as personal rep-
resentative of this my Last Will and Testament, or having
qualified, thereafter for any reason shall cease to act, I
nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, ORA DAGGY
STEINBERGER and my son, NEIL C. DAGGY, or the survivor as betweet
