PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned Petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above Estate as
the nominated personal representatives and Trustees under the
last Will of the decedent. Petitioners' names and addresses
are as set forth in Paragraph 3, and the name and address of
Petitioners' attorney are as set forth at the end of this
Petition.
2. Decedent, CLYDE R. LINDAMOOD, whose last known
address was 1169 28th Street, Huntington, West Virginia, whose
ape was 58 years, and whose Social Security Number was
276-14-4428, died on November 28, 1975, at ~iuntington, West
Virginia, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in
Cabell County, West Virginia.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this Estate and of decedent's surviving spouse, if~any,
their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of
any who are minors, are:
