4, Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
the decedent owned real property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
5. The following is a complete list of the assets in
this Estate and their estimated values:
Lots 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22,
23 and 2~~, of Block 1, REGINA PALM
SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 4, at page 82,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie -
%ounty, Florida $ 1,950.00
The South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the
NF 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 4,
Township 51 South, Range 32 East,
Collier County, Florida, comprising
five (5) acres, more or less,
together with an undivided 25%
interest in and to all of the oil,
gas and other mineral rights in,
on and under the above described
- property 1,250.00
6.. To the best knowledge of the Petitioners, the value
of the entire Estate subject to administration in this State
does not exceed $10,000.00, and the decedent has been dead for
more than three (3) years.
7. The Estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be
distributed as follows:
To ALPHA H. GRUBB and THE TWENTIETH
STREET BANK, as Trustees under the
Last Will and Testament of CL-YDE R.
LINDAMOOD, deceased:
All real property described in
Paragraph 5 above.
9. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 10.
10. An authenticated copy of the decedent's last Will
probated in the County Commission of Cabell County, tJest Virginia,
which Will complies with §732.502(1) and §732.502(2), Florida
Statutes, accompanies this Petition, together with authenticated
copies of the domiciliary probate proceedings.
11. Decedent's tJill does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
