ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the Petition of ALPHA H. GRUBB and THE TWENTIETH
STREET BANK for Summary Administration of the Estate of CLYDE R. ~

LINDAMOOD, deceased, the Court finding that the decedent died ,
on the 28th day of November, 1975;~that all interested persons
have joined in the Petition; that the material allegations of
the Petition are true; and that an Order of Summary Administra-
tion should be entered, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the
Last Will and Testament of CLYDE R. LINPAMOOD, deceased, bearing
date October 2, 1951, together with the authenticated copies of
the domiciliary proceedings in Cabell County, West Virginia,
are admitted to probate according to law. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution
of the assets of the decedent as follows:
To ALPHA H. GRUBB and THE TWENTIETH STREET
BANK, as Trustees under the Last Will and
Testament of CLYDE R. LINDAMOOD, deceased:
Lots 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24,
of Block 1, REGINA PALM SUBDIVISION, as per
Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, at
page 82, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida;
The South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of Section 4, Township 51
South, Range 32 East, Collier County,
Florida, comprising five (5) acres, more
or less, together with an undivided 25%
interest in-and to all of the oil, gas
and other mineral rights in, on and under
the above described property.
