ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
The Petition of JACKIE CAYNON, Personal Representative of
the Estate of CARRIE B. JOHNSON,
certain property described in the
to be heard; and it appearing to
interest of the estate that said
to the party and under the terms
the court being fully advised in
deceased, for leave to sell
petition coming on this day
the court that it is to the best
property be sold at private sale
set out in said petition; and
the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said JACKIE CAYNON, Personal
Representative of the Estate of CARRIE B. JOHNSON, be and he is
hereby authorized to sell the following described property at
private sale:
Beginning at the NW corner of property presently owned
by Robert Cullins; run thence souther-ly along the west
boundary of the property owned by Cullins to the northern
road right-of-way for Avenue F; run thence westerly to
the east right-of-way of 13th St.; run thence along the
East right-of-way of 13th St. to a point due west of the
POB; thence run east to the POB.
and also
Beginning at a point on the west line of the SE; of the
SE: of Section 4, To~mship 35 South, Range 40 East, which
is 395 feet North of the SW corner thereof, thence run
North along said West line 100 feet, thence run West to
the East right-of-way line of North 13th Street, thence
run South along said East right-of-way line to a point
395 feet North of the South line of said Section 4, thence
run East to the point of beginning, said land lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said sale shall be made to ROBERT CULLINS for Three Thousand
($3,000.00) Dollars cash.
