`` I, PHILIP D. AMICO, a resident of St. Lucie County,
iFlorida, being of sound and disposing mind and hereby intending
to dispose of all property belonging to me at my death or there- `

!after acquired, whether real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever i
'I situated, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
`'and Testament, hereby revoking any and all prior Wills or codicils

:made by me, if any there may be.

FIRST: I hereby appoint my wife, SADIE J. AMICO,
''Personal Representative of this instrument. I direct that said
Personal Representative shall not be required to furnish bond or
iother undertaking for the faithful performance of the duties of

!such office. In the event my said wife, SADIE J. AMICO, shall

;;predecease me, or in the event she survives me, then if she shall
`thereafter die, become disabled, disqualified, discharged, unwill-
:ling or otherwise incapable to act as Personal Representative
'.:during the period of administration, I appoint my daughter JUDITH
~!CLEARY or my daughter JOYCE OLSEN as Alternate Personal Representa-
~tive, and I direct that said Alternate Personal Representative
shall not be required to furnish bond or other undertaking for
the faithful performance of the duties of such office.
SECOND: In extension of and not by way of limitation
of any power, right, privilege or discretion conferred upon my
~~said Personal Representative by any provision of this instrument
or by any present or future statute, law, rule or regulation, and
.'without order, license or approval of any court during the con-
tinuance of administration and for the purpose of administering
!my estate and distributing the same, my said Personal Representa-
tive is authorized and empowered to allot, assign, care for,
