collect, contract with respect to, convey, convert, deal with,
ii dispose of, enter into, exchange, hold, improve, insure, invest, ~

;;lease, manage, mortgage, grant and exercise options with respect
!ito, take possession of, pledge, protect, receive, release, repair,
sell, sue for, and in general, to do any and every act and thing
~~and to enter into and carry out any and every agreement with and
,with respect to my estate or any part thereof, specifically in-
~cluding real property, as the Personal Representative would have
the right to do if she were the individual owner thereof.

THIRD: I direct my Personal Representative named in
;paragraph FIRST to pay and discharge all of my just debts, funeral;
:expenses, expenses of administering my estate and all inheritance,
gestate and legacy taxes imposed on account of my death.

FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, `

•residue and remainder of my property belonging to me at my death
or thereafter acquired, whether real, personal or mixed, and
'wheresoever situated, to my wife, SADIE J. AMICO.
FIFTH: In the event my wife, SADIE J. AMICO, shall
'predecease me, then all of my property described in paragraph
FOURTH above shall go to my daughters, JUDITH CLEARY and JOYCE
'OLSEN, in equal shares.
SIXTH: In the event that JUDITH CLEARY or JOYCE OLSEN
'shall predecease me, and if either of them shall leave children
living at my death or children in gestation who shall thereafter
be born alive, then said children shall receive. the same share
'that my said beneficiary would have received had she survived me
'~~and taken under paragraph FIFTH above, per stirpes and not per
capita. In the event any children shall predecease me without
~~children, then the share of said deceased child shall be divided
;:among the other named children and children of deceased children
'per stirpes.
