SEVENTH: If none of the above mentioned specifically
!named beneficiaries in paragraphs FOURTH, FIFTH and SIXTH shall
take my estate thereunder, then all of my property described in
paragraph FOURTH shall go and descend to those persons who are my

EIGHTH: Wherever used in this instrument, the singular
:shall include the plural, and the plural shall include the

singular, and the masculine shall include the feminine, and the
