The petitioner, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY (formerly
ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK), alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
the named personal representative. Petitioner's name and ad-
dress are: SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, 111 Orange Avenue,
P. O. Box 8, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the name and address
of Petitioner's attorneys are as set forth at the end of this
petition.
2. Decedent, Florence E. Forshee, whose last known
address was 902 Citrus Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose
age was 89 years, and whose social security number is:
136-18-6736. died on November 27, 1980, at Fort Pierce,
Florida, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
