5. SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, whose address is
set forth above is qualified under the laws of Florida to
serve as personal representative of the decedent's estate and
is entitled to preference in appointment as personal represen-
tative because it is named as personal representative in
CLAUSE IV of decedent's Last Will.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are:
Real property having a value of less than $60,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's Last Will dated
August 26, 1971, accompanies this petition.
9. Petitioner acknowledges that it is qualified to
act as personal representative under the laws of the State of
Florida; that it will faithfully administer the estate of
said decedent according to law.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Last Will
be admitted to probate and that it be appointed personal repre-
sentative of the estate of the decedent.
UNDER PENALTIES OF PERJURY, I DECLARE THAT I HAVE
READ THE FOREGOING AND THE FACTS ALLEGED ARE TRUE, TO THE BEST
OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND BELIEF.
