I, FLORENCE E. FORSHEE, of St. Lucie County, Florida,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay out of my
residuary estate all of my just debts, including the ex-
penses of my -last illness and funeral expenses. I request
that my body be cremated.
CLAUSE II: I give and bequeath my diamond engage-
ment ring and all of my china to my sister, DOROTHY BOWKER.
CLAUSE III: All of the rest, residue and remainder
of my property,. wherever situate and whether acquired be-
fore or after the execution of this Will, I direct my Execu-
tor to liquidate and reduce to cash within a reasonable time
after my death, and all the proceeds thereof shall be dis-
tributed to ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce, Florida, or
its corporate successor, as Trustee of the "FLORENCE E.
FORSHEE REVOCABLE TRUST DATED AUGUST 26, 1970" entered
into by me, as Settlor, and by said Bank as Trustee,
to be held, administered and distributed pursuant to
the terms of said trust agreement.
CLAUSE IV: I name and appoint ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK,
Fort Pierce, Florida, or its corporate successor, as Execu-
tor of this Will. My Executor is invested with full power
and authority to sell, convey, transfer and assign any and
all personal property and real estate belonging to my estate.
CLAUSE V: To the extent that my probate estate is
insufficient therefor, I direct that all administration ex-
J penses of my estate and all inheritance, legacy or estate
