The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the Estate
of RAYMOND H. FIELDS, petitions this Court for its Order confirm-
ing the sale of real property owned by the estate and allowing
sale of other real property owned by the estate in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The sale of property to be confirmed is that of Lot 21,
Block 731, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTIOt~ 18.
The sale to be ordered is that of Lots 3, 4, and 5, Block
1213, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 8, a Subdivision according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 38A of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The foregoing property is the sole property of the estate
of RAYMOND H. FIELDS in the State of Florida
AS GROUNDS for this Petition, the undersigned states and
would show this Court:
1. The undersigned has sold the aforesaid Lot 21,
Block 731, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 18 pursuant to Contract, and
Closing Statement, a copy of which is attached hereto.
2. The estate has contracted for the sale of Lots
3, 4, and S, Block 1213, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 8 with RAYMOND
HETU, in accordance with the Contract attached hereto. RAYMOPID
tIETU has breached that Contract, but under the same terms and
conditions, the same said property shall be sold to SWANSON
REALTY ~ ASSOCIATES, less closing costs.
