State of Florida until time has expired for any person to make
any claims against the estate. Notice of Administration was
first published in a qualified newspaper in this county on
August 14, 1980.
4. An Order of Sale is necessary since the Personal
Representative was not specifically granted the right to sell
property within the State of Florida in the Will of the decedent.
S. By telegram, she sole heir has consented to the
foregoing confirmation and sale. The telegram contains a typo-
graphical error, but the undersigned represents to this Court
that this property in the mailgram is the same property described
in this Petition.
Under penalties of perjury, I have executed the foregoing,
and state that it is true and correct to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
